Services proposed for the Pendleton centre include:
Planning permission was approved by Salford City Council in March 2006.
'Financial Close' on the Pendleton LIFT development was achieved on 1 November 2006.
The main construction phase began February 2007 with the centre scheduled to open in late 2008.

Architects AustinSmithLord currently employ 125 staff at four locations in the UK. Established over 50 years the work on the Pendleton Health and Social Care Centre has been coordinated from their Warrington office.
Other urban projects designed by AustinSmithLord include the FACT Centre in Liverpool, the All Saints Campus at Manchester Metropolitan University and a 2000-student campus for the University of Hertfordshire.
